Michael Bastian, buddy of both GANT and HägerFredlund, is hot right now – most recently he was seen in the December issue of Vanity Fair, where you could find out that his favorite restaurant in New York is Piadina. We are inclined to agree with Michael on that point too.
How do you create a fragrance that captures the unique feeling of Gant?
You return to where you belong – New England, our constant source of inspiration. Here the air is filled with the scents of the sea, tarred wooden deck, citrus, bergamot and lavender; Smoky and sweet in an inspiring combination.
Gant Fragrance has been developed through a unique and long-standing collaboration between one of the world’s foremost experts in natural fragrances, Pierre Wulff and the legendary designer Pierre Dinand and Gant. The inspiration for the bottle comes from old ships and the baskets they carried fragile items in. The unique blue color in the glass is said to reflect the color of the ocean off East Hampton. Gant Fragrance is found only in GANT stores. Starting November 1.
HägerFredlund has created the launching campaign for the fragrance. The campaign includes film, advertisements, promotional kit and the packaging for the bottle.
